Specializations and tuition fees
Human Medicine (6 years – in English):
Option A – Full study in Germany (Hamburg):
€17,400 per semester (approximately AED 70,000 per semester).
Option B – 2 years of study in Germany + 4 years in Romania:
First two years in Hamburg: €17,400/semester
Years 3 to 6 in Romania: €3,000/semester (approximately AED 12,000).

Note: The cost of living in Germany ranges from 12,000 to 24,000 euros per year.

Language of study

University Targu Mures Medical Campus Hamburg’s study program is taught entirely in English, with some training opportunities requiring intermediate German later in hospitals.

Admission requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
A standardized admission test is not required, but a good background in scientific subjects (biology, chemistry, physics) is preferred.
An in-person interview conducted remotely to assess academic and linguistic readiness.
